Financing Requirements
For settling liabilities
Urgent need of Rs 35 Crores for settling bank and other liabilities and for renovation and reopening of the
hospital, the details of which are as under
Secured Loans to Financial Institutions (KSIDC, KFC, & IOB) Rs. 10.00 Crores
Unsecured Loans Rs.5.00 Crores
For renovation and restarting hospital
Rs. 20 crores are needed for renovation, restructuring of existing facilities including preliminary expenses
& consultation fee to restart hospital operation. Once the hospital is in working condition cash flow will
automatically start to repay the interest and loan. Moreover, market value of running hospital project
near to Guruvayur will be enormous as the hospital is strategically located.
